Description
Responsible for assisting with maintenance of the physical facility, as well as with daily building and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes daily physical facility duties, including but not limited to : unlocking and locking doors, raising / lowering the flag, turning on / off the lights, picking up trash on the grounds and emptying trash containers, mowing, removing snow, and monitoring guests and strangers on the property.
- Assists with the daily mail and shipping needs for the facility.
- Assists with internal building needs, including, but not limited to : coordinating with vendors for catered food for meetings, stocking beverages, arranging and moving furniture, and helping to keep the office areas tidy.
- Assists building security.

- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
