What you will be doing:
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including agreement execution and maintaining an organized, accessible contract repository with version control.
- Serve as the central point for legal task intake, triaging, and prioritization, track project progress to ensure timely completion, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates and align on priorities.
- Manage product liability claims, including gathering and organizing relevant documentation, coordinating with external counsel, monitoring case progress, and maintaining accurate records of claims and insurance documents.
- Provide general administrative support by organizing and maintaining confidential legal files, managing schedules, invoices, and vendor relationships.

- One to three years of relevant paralegal experience (required).
- Associate's Degree (preferred).
