Helpdesk Analyst - Night Shift | Los Angeles - Remote | $75k | Law Firm

You will works as part of the Tier 1 remote support team resolving tickets or escalating to regional onsite deskside teams as necessary.
The successful candidate will be onsite for the first month for training, so you need to be local to Los Angeles
You will need –
· Windows, Office365, AD.
· ServiceNow
· Law or professional services background.

Shift Pattern - Night Shift
Week 1 - PST
Sunday - 12 am to 9am
Monday - 12 am to 9am
Tuesday - 12 am to 9am
Wednesday - 12 am to 9am
Week 2 - PST
Sunday - 12 am to 9am
Monday - 12 am to 9am
Tuesday - 12 am to 9am
Wednesday - 12 am to 9am
Thursday - 12 am to 7am
