We are seeking an Applications Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Access, familiar working in an administrative and backend capacity.
You will be working with an established Law Firm, undergoing expansion with a new state-of-the-art office about to open, meaning great potential for in-house progression, and increased opportunity for team lead roles. There really hasnât been a better time to get on board.
You will be ensuring proper computer operation, documenting, and receiving end-user requests. You will be required to use diagnostic & help request tracking tools to resolve a variety of problems. You will be the go-to person for any M365 application issues.
You would be required to commit to 3 days onsite in their Downtown Boston office with 2 days remote.
What do you need?
- Mastery of a Microsoft applications environment.
- A BS/BA degree, preferably in a technology-focused concentration.
- Law or professional services experience is nice to have, but not required.
