What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Specialist position at Franklin Fitch?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join an established professional services client, supporting their Los Angeles offices. This position will be key in providing exceptional technical support to a varied end-user base, as well as supporting firm-wide projects at a time of continued digital transformation.
The Role:
- Support the end-user base via telephone, email and/or deskside visits.
- Resolve issues across desktop, server, hardware, and network environments.
- Managed office AV environments, maintaining for regular conferences/events.
- Maintain mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
- Take responsibility for office setups, conference room setups and event setups.
- Ensure alignment to asset management processes.
- Participate in system updates and deployments.
- Must be willing to travel between 2 office locations
The Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft based environments.
- Experience with the full Office 365 suite.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Knowledge of SCCM and/or Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Zoom and Teams.
- Participate in on-call/after-hour support rotations.
