Looking for a Technology Manager to lead a digital transformation and drive operational efficiency across a growing organization.

You’ll be the strategic force behind our technology vision, partnering with senior leadership, managing key vendor relationships, and ensuring our systems are built for scale, security, and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Own technology strategy – Collaborate with leadership to align tech initiatives with business goals.
• Manage vendors & MSPs – Ensure excellence in infrastructure, support, and cybersecurity delivery.
• Report & optimize – Deliver metrics on software usage, help desk performance, system uptime, and cost savings.
• Lead projects – Oversee technology implementations, upgrades, and integrations across the company.
• Plan for the future – Research emerging technologies, shape the tech roadmap, and support strategic decision-making.
• Champion security & compliance – Lead initiatives around risk mitigation, IT policy, and third-party audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of IT leadership experience (construction or service-based industry preferred)
• Proven success with MSPs, vendor relationships, and software lifecycle management
• Strong communicator with the ability to report on technical metrics to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with hands-on project management experience
