You would be working in a prestigious IT Company who provided IT Solutions to businesses for over a decade. This company pushes its core values and culture into everything they do to enable the company and most importantly the employees to grow.
They are looking to hire a Service Desk Manager to manage their Level 3 Engineers and oversee their performance. You will be the communicator between customer and client, ensuring all their needs have been met to a high standard. This role will be largely client-facing and will require frequent interaction with executives, junior engineers, and vendors. You will often be a final point of escalation whilst managing projects and overseeing a team of engineers.
Experienced desired:
- Previous project management experience
- Experience managing a team of engineers or acting as a lead
- Previous experience being technically hands-on with Office365, Windows Servers and AD
- Previous MSP Experience is desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- The desire to deliver quality results
