You’ll be working with a prestigious law firm ranked as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for ten consecutive years. They are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to support their attorneys and staff. You will provide hands-on assistance with hardware and software applications, conference room setups, and mobile device management while also contributing to exciting projects and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad), and telephones.
- Support desktop applications and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
- Manage service tickets using the firm’s ticketing system.
- Offer support for video conferencing setups and conference room A/V.
- Assist with hardware replacements, application testing, and other improvements.
- Support remote personnel working from home or across other office locations.
- Help maintain an up-to-date inventory database.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a desktop support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Microsoft Windows, iOS, and legal industry tech.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, with excellent attention to detail.
