What You’ll Do:
- Provide onsite IT support with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Assist remote engineers as the go to person for troubleshooting.
- Stage, install, and relocate hardware with precision.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years IT support experience (MSP preferred).
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and networking.
- Strong hardware and troubleshooting skills (bonus for structured cabling).
- Valid Texas driver’s license & reliable vehicle for client visits.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Your Skills:
- Microsoft 365 – Administration of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user accounts.
- Active Directory (AD) & Entra ID (Azure AD) – Managing user authentication, group policies, and access control.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Utilizing platforms like Microsoft Intune or Jamf for overseeing company-issued mobile devices.
- Software Deployment & Imaging – Using tools such as PDQ Deploy, SCCM, or MDT for application installation and updates.
