We're looking for an IT Support & Training Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for technical support in our main office, while also designing and delivering training programs to enhance our employees' proficiency with our software and systems. You'll be the bridge between technology and our users, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Do you have:
- 2 years of solid IT support experience?
- A strong understanding of Office Suite and common legal applications?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users?
- A proactive attitude and a passion for training and development?
