The Role
One of our partners is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Client Infrastructure team within a leading healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Infrastructure, this role will oversee key IT initiatives impacting endpoint and local computer applications across the healthcare system.
As the sole Project Manager supporting this team, you will coordinate efforts across multiple specialized teams, including:
- Windows Endpoint Team – Software deployment to Windows devices.
- Apple Endpoint Team – Managing and deploying software to Apple devices.
- Print Services & Client Applications Team.
- Citrix Team.
- Infrastructure Architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead Citrix Migration to Azure – Transitioning from an on-premises Citrix environment to Azure.
- Oversee Apple Device Deployment in a Hospital Setting – A groundbreaking initiative for healthcare IT.
- Manage Epic & Microsoft Office Transition – Moving these applications from Citrix to local installations on endpoints.
- Coordinate OneDrive Migration – Transitioning user data from mapped network drives to OneDrive to support the application shift.
Requirements
- Strong technical project management experience in healthcare IT or enterprise infrastructure.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience leading projects such as:
- OneDrive migrations.
- Epic deployments to local machines.
- Microsoft Office transition from Citrix to local installations.
- Office-on-Citrix experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
