Looking for an IT Project & Portfolio Manager, to oversee a portfolio of technical projects in automation and DevOps, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence.
This position will be based within the innovation and automation department, which is continuously pushing the boundaries of what it can achieve!
You will collaborate with technical teams, senior leadership, and executive steering committees to drive business outcomes, define KPIs and ROI, and implement PMO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Portfolio Leadership – Drive project execution across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- PMO Governance & Process Improvement – Enforce documentation, governance, and compliance with portfolio standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication – Lead executive steering committees, intake processes, and project prioritization.
- Strategic Thinking & Innovation – Manage high-impact projects in automation and DevOps, bringing creative solutions to new challenges.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting – Define KPIs, dashboards, and ROI metrics to track project success.
What We’re Looking For
- Project Management Expertise – Strong experience in both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) frameworks.
- Technical Aptitude – No coding required, but experience managing technical projects (Automation, RPA, DevOps) is a plus.
- Independent Leadership – Must be highly autonomous, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management – Confident working with technical teams, executives, and business leaders.
- Industry Experience – Healthcare IT experience is a huge plus, but strong IT PMs from other industries will be considered.
- Adaptability & Agility – Must be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
