Skills Required:
- Over 5 years of experience managing IT projects
- Skilled in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with various project management frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related discipline
- Strong ability to take initiative, actively listen, and anticipate project needs
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality, accurate work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of multitasking independently while remaining detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the entire lifecycle of projects, including client management, CRM, resource planning, and revenue reporting
- Work closely with project stakeholders, development teams, and division leaders to ensure the fulfillment of project requirements
- Track project milestones and progress, providing status updates, risk assessments, and presentations to senior management
- Foster a culture of accountability within the team to ensure timely delivery, proactively addressing risks, resource needs, and potential cost issues
- Contribute to refining and expanding project management practices, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and capability
- Ensure proper documentation for projects is completed and aligns with company policies and procedures
Salary : $165,000 - $175,000
