We are looking for a L&D Facilitator to join an industry-leading law firm. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative environment, who are committed to delivering excellence to their end-users. You will take ownership of their training program across their offices, which will involve defining the curriculum, designing and creating training resources, and delivering the content.
What will this role look like?
⭐ Create training materials and establish the curriculum.
⭐ Manage and maintain their Learning Management System (LMS).
⭐ Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.
⭐ Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.
⭐ Conduct new hire training and onboarding sessions for all new hires.
What do you need?
⭐ MUST have experience training in a law firm.
⭐ Experience utilizing eLearning tools / platforms.
⭐ Experience training end-users on MS suite & legal applications.
⭐ Be a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience.
