Job Responsibilities
✔ Client Support & Case Management – Assist residents in setting and achieving personal goals, navigating reentry challenges, and following individualized service plans.
✔ Mentorship & Guidance – Provide structure, accountability, and support for individuals adjusting to independent living.
✔ Crisis Intervention – Handle conflict resolution, emergency situations, and problem-solving as needed.
✔ Documentation & Compliance – Maintain case files and reports to ensure compliance with government contracts and best practices.
✔ Collaboration with Community Resources – Connect clients with employment, mental health, substance use, and other support services.
✔ Facility Oversight – Ensure a safe, structured, and positive living environment for all residents.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Military experience preferred (Honorably Discharged/Active Reservists encouraged to apply).
✔ Experience working in residential, reentry, corrections, or human services setting is a plus.
✔ Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.
✔ Ability to set clear boundaries and maintain professional relationships with clients.
✔ Experience with case management, documentation, and service coordination is a plus.
