CAFETERIA WORKER - 3 HOURS/DAY

General Responsibilities -Prepare foods according to established recipe, serve, and clean-up work area -Keep proper records as instructed including but not limited to: Production Records, Temperature Logs, and Cash Reports -Understand what is inclusive of a reimbursable meal -Ensure storage of food in a proper and sanitary manner -Assist in cleaning kitchen and storage areas -Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure -Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage -Be able to work well with others -Perform duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Food Service Director Physical Demands -Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them from storage areas to work areas -Standing for a long period of time, reaching, crouching, -Must be able to handle variations of temperatures, working in cold or hot environments Qualifications: -Current ServSafe Certificate preferred -Foodservice Experience preferred -School Foodservice preferred
