FNESU is seeking a Behavior Systems Coordinator for the Enosburg Falls Middle-High School for the 2025-2026 school year.

The Behavior Systems Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting student success by creating supportive learning environments that reinforces dignity and respect for all students by helping students develop essential social-emotional skills, and take accountability for their actions.
Essential Duties:
Provide individualized support for students experiencing behavioral challenges
Teach emotional regulation and self-management techniques
Help students develop problem-solving and communication skills
Facilitate conflict resolution strategies
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
Design personalized intervention plans, and train staff to implement as needed
Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and administrators
Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies
Teach pro-social skills
Reinforce positive behavior
Build student agency and self-regulation skills
Conduct HHB investigations and complete paperwork requirements in accordance with HHB policy.
Provide instruction to support learning and accountability following hazing, harassment and bullying (HHB) investigations.
Work with the school’s Student Support Team to Analyze patterns of behavior for student support center referrals and HHB investigations in order to build strategies to mitigate unlawful and harmful behavior, building a culture of dignity and respect for all students.

Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union (FNESU) is a Pre-K-12 system comprised of 6 rural towns in Northern Vermont; Bakersfield, Berkshire, Enosburg, Montgomery, Richford and Sheldon. FNESU consists of six Elementary Schools, two Middle Schools, two High Schools, and one Technical Career Center. FNESU serves approximately 1,950 students within our six towns. FNESU is situated in rural northwestern Vermont, which is the perfect setting for outdoor enthusiasts. We are located just 20 miles from Jay Peak Resort, 32 miles from Smuggler's Notch, and within driving distance to several other surrounding ski resorts.
