About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and leasing professional to showcase their talents and make a significant impact in the leasing world. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a rapport with clients, generating new leasing traffic, leasing apartments, and qualifying prospects to meet monthly sales goals and achieve maximum occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a rapport with clients and generate new leasing traffic through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Present community and apartment/model to prospective residents, apply product knowledge to client needs by communicating features and benefits.
- Inspect model and market-ready vacancies to ensure they are 'show-ready'.
- Participate in marketing activities for the community, including brainstorming and market outreach.
- Complete follow-up with prospective new residents.
- Assist clients through the application and move-in process.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policy and procedures, Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and any other applicable Federal and State laws.

Desired Qualifications

- Must be available to work Monday - Saturday.

- Three years prior sales experience, or two years of prior property management experience, preferred.
