The Franklin Public Schools, a prek-12 district, is seeking a skilled and experienced Educational Support Professional (ESP) to join the preschool team at the Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC). The ESP will work with lead teacher in a model of service delivery offering learning, academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and physical support to children with and without disabilities in integrated classrooms. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide positive behavior supports and interventions for children with and without disabilitiesWork with lead teacher to provide academic, social, and emotional support and interventionWork collaboratively with early childhood team of teachers and therapistsCollect data Qualifications: Associates degree or higher or ParaPro Certification preferredExperience in early childhood/special educationExperience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities required Able to take initiative and work independently Knowledge of early childhood developmentABA experience preferred
