The Interim IT Technician : Help Desk is a fulltime ten (12) month position that plays a vital role in supporting FRA's technology needs. This position requires a strong commitment to FRA's mission, a collaborative mindset, humility, high energy, and a dedication to fostering growth and improvement within both the technology department and the academy. The IT Technician provides essential technical support and troubleshooting services to FRA stakeholders requiring assistance with computer hardware or software issues.
This position is for a limited- term starting in Early Spring of 2025 and lasting up to one year.
