Civil Construction QA/QC

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves working closely with project teams to conduct quality inspections, manage quality control processes, and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties

• Conduct thorough quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to develop and implement quality control plans.
• Perform regular audits and assessments of construction processes and materials.
• Collect and analyze research data related to quality assurance practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Build effective relationships with contractors and stakeholders to promote a culture of quality.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to management.

Experience

• Knowledge of civil construction and site prep. (Earthwork, Concrete, Underground Utilities and Asphalt)
• Proven experience in quality inspection within the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract requirements and construction management principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Experience in conducting construction inspections and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
