Department Title : Undergrad Intern - Digital Client Experience / Social Media
Position Summary :
The social media team is responsible for managing every touchpoint within the Franklin Templeton social media ecosphere, encompassing organic and paid strategies, brand ambassador initiatives, content development, and analytics. They meticulously craft and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with brand and marketing objectives while effectively engaging our key audiences to achieve maximum impact.

A Social Media Intern at Franklin Templeton can expect to learn :
This role will help develop skills in social media strategy, organization, strategic planning, and content management.
The individual will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, posts, and videos that reflect the brand's voice. They will monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.
In addition, the individual will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding. This includes brainstorming ideas, creating visuals, scheduling posts, and collaborating with other teams. They will also create a content calendar for the upcoming quarter, researching trends and key dates to ensure timely posts.

Compensation Range : This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 35-40 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $28-30 USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary : $28 - $30
