Key Responsibilities :
- Transactional Work : Lead and support complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
- General Corporate Matters : Advise clients on a variety of corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and other business-related legal needs.
- Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice that aligns with their objectives.
- Drafting & Negotiation : Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents with precision and a focus on mitigating risk and maximizing outcomes for clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other attorneys in the firm, mentoring junior associates and contributing to the development of the corporate practice group.
