Job Details
We are seeking a corporate attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting, and compliance. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and assisting in negotiations.
This position is well-suited for someone looking to grow their M&A experience while managing a variety of corporate transactions. The attorney will work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile M&A deals and gain hands-on experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, along with a solid academic background, are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with clients and teams is also important for success in this role.
