Key Responsibilities :
- Plan Design and Compliance : Advise clients on the design, establishment, maintenance, and operation of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.
- Regulatory Expertise : Provide guidance on ERISA compliance and other employee benefits laws and regulations, including the Internal Revenue Code, Affordable Care Act, and related state laws.
- Problem-Solving : Address complex benefits issues, such as plan corrections, fiduciary obligations, and audit resolution.
- Client Interaction : Work closely with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions and build long-term relationships through outstanding service.
- Collaboration : Partner with other attorneys to provide integrated legal support across practice areas, including corporate and tax law.
