- Proven Expertise : At least 5 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm setting, with a strong focus on litigation. Experience in corporate and transactional matters is a big plus!
- E-Filing Proficiency : Confidence and experience with State and Federal Court e-filing processes.
- Legal Know-How : A solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules.
- Tech Savvy : Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability : The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Excellence : Exceptional ability to manage files, open new matters, and ensure all relevant documentation is meticulously maintained.
- Calendar Mastery : Expertise in managing busy calendars and travel arrangements.
- Professional Poise : Comfort handling executive-level responsibilities, including dealing with confidential matters.
- Billing Support : Experience assisting with billing projects and reviews.
