What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anticipated Elementary School Teacher Leave Replacement- Available on or about January 2, 2025 position at Franklin Township School District?
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and engage students in the learning process- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administration- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of all students, including those with special education requirements- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development- Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a love of learning
Experience:- Valid NJ Elementary Education Certification- Experience working with elementary school-aged children- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in math instruction and lesson planning- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
Also required, background check and fingerprinting. Salary per QEA agreement.
