Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a Director of Facilities for our schools in Fairfax, Fletcher, and Georgia.
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
To administer, direct and maintain the operations of schools within the Franklin West Supervisory Union so as to provide healthy, clean, and efficient facilities and grounds within available resources. Acts as advisor to superintendent and school board(s) on all matters relating to buildings, grounds, equipment, health, safety, and related budgets. To provide management oversight, direction, supervision and planning for all school facilities, maintenance, and custodial programs/services throughout the Franklin West Supervisory Union.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative and able to work independently, flexible and able to meet deadlines, experienced and eager to learn.
