Description
Frank's Basement Systems is looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join our team. We specialize in Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, and Humidity and Mold Control. In this position, you will schedule production jobs. A successful candidate will support the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values.
Essential Job Functions
1. Help coordinate daily operations of the production team. Provide administrative support to the production team, working with multiple departments to ensure highest quality of service for our customers.
2. Act as a point of contact for customers. Addressing customer needs, questions and/or concerns and getting a prompt resolution.
3. Scheduling production jobs.
4. Preparing all necessary documents and applying for any required town or city permits.
5. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meet the require standards.
6. Other duties assigned.
Preferred qualifications
1. 1-3 years relevant experience in scheduling, customer service or administrative backgrounds, in the construction industry.
2. Strong customer service skills with ability to multitask.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a team environment.
5. Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities.

- This position pays $24-27/hr, based on experience.
- Full time hours, typical schedule is 8:30 am- 5 pm, Monday - Friday
