Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate records.
- Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Upsell and promote products and services to customers.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling duties.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and minimize delays.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Be bilingual to accommodate customers who speak multiple languages.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent phone etiquette.
