Scheduling Liaison

The Scheduling Liaison will coordinate orders to the Production Schedule set by the Scheduling Manager to ensure efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with Scheduling, Customer Service, Graphics, Plant Management and other Manufacturing departments.

• Collaborates with these departments to ensure all necessary materials (Job Jackets, Plates, Raw Materials, Inks, etc….) are on hand to ensure smooth workflow.

• Organizes each Presses plate jacket racks according to the schedule and ensures the proper order is being adhered to.
• Communicates on a daily basis with the Scheduling Manager to ensure changes in schedules are noted and adjusted.
• Follows all safety rules.

• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Thorough understanding of the workflow process in the plant.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extremely proficient with production planning.

• Works well as a productive member of a team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, preferred.

• Related experience preferred.

• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK
