Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you’ll handle estimates, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets and maintaining profitability. This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads leveraging referrals, networking, D2D, online platforms, etc
- Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs.
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Provide in-person and virtual estimates.
- Manage projects, meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget.
- Upsell additional services and generate project schedules.
- Address and resolve any project issues promptly.
- Promote That 1 Painter and build strategic relationships.
- Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self motivated, independent worker, able to multitask
- Coachable and willing to follow established systems
- Track record of successful lead generation and building strategic relationships.
- Superior follow-up skills and ability to close sales
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software or other sales tools
- Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory.
- Prior home services sales experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Reside in East Valley (preferable) or Scottsdale.
