Frantz Diamonds, Roanoke's premier Diamond store, is hiring for a full time Client Relations Specialist for our Retail Showroom.
Hourly plus commission
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. 9:30am - 5:30pm (4:00pm on Sat).
Looking for an experienced Client Relations associate that understands customer service, has solid follow-up skills, and is eager to develop a career in jewelry. Prior jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
This position will assist our in-store clients with exceptional care. The duties include showing and selling jewelry, taking in and managing client jewelry repairs, and assisting with client special orders and unique needs. This position will also assist our e-commerce business with product descriptions.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of client relations experience
- Sales experience, preferred
- Must have a minimum of 3 years consecutive work history in previous jobs
- Must have high school degree, some college is a plus
- Possess punctuality
- Displays initiative
- Display a professional appearance
- Display a Team Player attitude
