As the Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be managing the online brand portion of the business ‘Alder & Oak’ that ships plant orders nationwide through several online sales platforms.
This involves keeping relationships with our buyers, working to better our online sales program and creating digital material for online product pages. Also ensuring that team delivers their best within shipping. This role involves processing orders, managing inventory reports, daily billing reports. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements/Essential Job Functions:
- Process paperwork for incoming orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Send daily pull ticket orders to prepare orders for shipment.
- Generate daily inventory reports for key partners
- Handle daily invoicing for online orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and direct message.
- Keeping up with vendor relationships via email, phone and video-call
- Supervising the packing crew and training as needed.
- Monitoring weather conditions to plan for shipping closures as needed.
- Other tasks include creative efforts to help market for Frantz Wholesale and Frantz Garden Center.
- Include writing a weekly Garden Center subscriber newsletter which is sent out every Thursday evening,
- Managing all social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram accounts
- Creating marketing material and planning for the annual Garden Center events that take place in spring and fall
- Supervise a team of 3 employees in shipping
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling customer inquiries as well as vendor relations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
· Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
· Ability and willingness to learn about video and photography needs.
· General understanding of Social Media platforms Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
· Ability and willingness to learn internal programs and sites
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Team player with a willingness to assist where needed.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Creativity, ability to produce content and planning for marketing efforts.
· Ability to work independently.
Must Have:
· Present yourself as a Professional each day while calling on Home Depots, including wearing Frantz attire representing Frantz Nursery.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
· Ability to multi-task & pay attention to details is a must
· Valid driver’s license
· Basic computer skills
Must have plant knowledge or background working in a horticulture.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.

- This position is full time, M-F, some weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
