Residential Cleaner

Job Description:

Fraser Cleaning Services, located in Ithaca, NY, is actively seeking motivated Residential Cleaning Technicians who are dependable, have an eye for detail, and are passionate about maintaining clean and inviting spaces. Previous cleaning experience is not required; we provide thorough training for all new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning activities, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning.
• Ensure all residential spaces meet Fraser Cleaning Services' standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and take pride in your work.

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to handle physical aspects of the job, including standing for up to 8 hours, navigating stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan, capable of texting and calling.

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available; let us know your availability.
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Work hours primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional weekend work.

Pay Details:

• Starting pay at $20.00 per hour.
• Tips are commonly received.
• Pay increases are based on performance and attendance.

Travel:

• Travel is part of the job; we service homes within a reasonable distance of Ithaca, NY.
• Travel compensation provided depending on the distance.
