Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and entryways.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various tasks, including carpet cleaning when necessary.
- Follow established protocols for safety and sanitation to ensure a healthy environment for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques for both residential and commercial settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
