Your Objectives:
As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations, you will be measured against the following objectives:
- Drive global sales growth and market expansion in North America, Europe, and LATAM.
- Align sales, marketing, and commercial integration functions for seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategic partnerships and foster strong relationships with international stakeholders to enhance market reach.
What You Will Do:
As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading a high-performing global sales team to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing market opportunities in the poultry, ag-tech, and capital equipment sectors.
- Collaborating with R&D teams to integrate commercial perspectives into product development and evaluate market potential for new technologies.
- Defining and implementing global go-to-market strategies, including branding, marketing, and communications initiatives.
- Conducting market research in key regions to identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation.
- Establishing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements with global industry stakeholders.
- Developing and managing commercial budgets, including sales forecasts, cost projections, and profitability analysis.
- Scaling the company’s commercial operations by implementing robust systems and processes, including CRM tools, to support growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and key customer meetings to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Supporting investor relations and fundraising efforts through strategic communication and engagement with international stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations:
- 20 years of experience in capital equipment sales within the poultry/ag-tech or similar industries, including leadership roles in marketing, commercial strategy, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment, including complex machinery and customer needs.
- Extensive experience in international markets, particularly Europe and LATAM.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term objectives and long-term planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus but not required.
