What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Training Coordinator position at Fraser?
Fraser is looking for a candidate to serve as a mentor and trainer to ABA staff to facilitate growth and clinical competency. As a training coordinator, you will partner with ABA Service Coordinators and ABA supervisors to coordinate onboarding and training activities for ABA staff. The training coordinator will oversee the onboarding process and ongoing training for staff and support with administrative tasks related to documentation completion. Additionally, you will support with administrative tasks and duties to improve program efficiencies. Travel to all Fraser ABA sites in MN is required.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $19.71.
