What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Training Coordinator position at Opportunities?
Fraser is looking for a candidate to serve as a trainer to current and new staff across all Fraser locations. In this role you would administer Safety-Care and CPR/First Aid training. Additionally, you will support with the onboarding process and provide ongoing training for staff. Travel to all Fraser sites in MN is required.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $19.71.

Available Location and Schedule:
- Will support all sites throughout MN.
- Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Ability to pass DHS Background Check
- Experience with children with special needs required
- Effective communication in the English language
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
