We are a home-based ABA company seeking an experienced and dedicated ABA Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in our Williamsburg office, and you will be responsible for managing cases, liaising with clients and families, staffing, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Management : Oversee the coordination and management of individual client cases, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively.
- Liaising : Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, families, and staff, fostering open communication and a high level of satisfaction.
- Staffing : Assist with staffing logistics, including scheduling, training, and managing the team that delivers ABA services.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical team to monitor progress, make program adjustments as needed, and support overall case success.
