Fraser is currently hiring a Program Coordinator / Designated House Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record in coordinating services. Requirements :
Candidates must qualify based on one of the following three as assigned by 245D, which includes a combination of work experience and education.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent :
- four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities (adults or children) or nursing / assisted living home experience
- BA / BS in Human Services or related field with 1 year of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
