Our client, a prestigious international Law Firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking Knowledge Team. This role offers flexibility, with the option to be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This is a part-time role and the team are extremely flexible on how this arrangement will work.
As part of this role, you will collaborate with the Banking Knowledge Team, providing specialist support on Scots law. Key practice areas include :
- Project and asset finance
- Corporate and leveraged finance
- Real estate finance
- Infrastructure
- Restructuring and insolvency
- Digital assets
The firm is keen to connect with senior-level lawyers who have 5 years’ PQE and expertise in banking and finance law. While experience in a fee-earning or PSL role within a large law firm is desirable, it is not essential.
