Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
- Monitor stock movements and track the flow of inventory from suppliers to warehouses to end users
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production needs without overstocking or understocking.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, production schedules, and historical data.
- Establish reorder points and minimum stock levels for efficient inventory replenishment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement inventory best practices, including cycle counting and demand forecasting techniques.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products to customers or retail locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3 years) in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing inventory in a large or complex organization.
- Certifications in inventory management or supply chain management.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
