Job Summary Client Support Specialists are members of a team that provide concierge-level 24/7 telephone coverage and scheduling support for multiple homecare agencies throughout the US and Canada. When handling calls and transactions for specific agencies, Agents perform as if they are local representatives of those agencies. To be a perfect fit, you will have excellent communication skills and will take pride in providing exceptional customer service with every phone call you take. We need associates who understand that reliability is the key to success in our organization.
