Job Profile
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support HR operations, focusing on data management, reporting, and assisting with various compensation, compliance, and payroll processes. This role involves working across different regions and handling sensitive employee and payroll data
Key Responsibilities:
- Track new hires for global compensation processes, including bonus targets, guarantees, and non-cash items.
- Assist in inputting compensation data into the system and preparing year-end summaries.
- Coordinate market data submissions and oversee the annual ITIN process for international hire
- Help create and maintain employee accounts in the stockholder syste
- Review HRIS and compensation systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Support employees with RSU preferences and monitor bi-weekly ESPP report
- Collect data for annual compensation filings in multiple regions (UK, AU, JP, SG).
- Assist with visa-related documentation and global HR programs for specific regions (APAC focus
- Help process payroll for multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct post-payroll audits in the US.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (accounting or finance background is a plus).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Proactive, with a willingness to suggest improvements.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and proficiency in payroll software is a plus.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
