Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager at Frazer reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and is responsible for meeting, or exceeding, company revenue targets through the activities of the sales team. The Sales Manager is accountable for the managerial and administrative responsibilities of the Sales Team, not limited to, setting team and individual goals, meeting planned goals, training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Sales Manager Look Like?
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the sales team and dealer partners.
- Sales team consists of regional sales managers, dealer partners, sales engineers, mobile speciality healthcare, and used vehicle sales.
- Responsible for motivating and coaching sales reps to improve their performance.
- Establishes and executes training programs that support the established sales strategies.
- Directs/coordinates sales team in pre-order sales processes, pre-production processes, and post-production delivery activities.
- Oversees resource allocation and workflow of all sales activities including CRM management, estimating, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation and presentation of reports to support the sales team and company management.
- Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Accounting, Service).
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop short, mid, and long term team goals.
- Manages sales staff in the day-to-day performance of their roles.
- Facilitate timely payments from customers and coordinate closely with accounting to manage the cash flow forecast as impacted by customer deliveries.
- Conduct daily & weekly sales & marketing meetings via in-person, telephone or video conference.
- Oversee ordering of customer specific and stock chassis to ensure accurate on time delivery.
- Maintain various Frazer price lists not limited to module pricing, chassis pricing, options pricing, co-op pricing.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, in person, or by mail providing technical specifications, pricing, quotes, and other information as needed.
- Involved in the hiring and on-boarding process of the sales team.
- Will assist in the development and execution of sales incentive and commission programs.
- Recommends new sales programs and short and long term sales strategies.
- Conducts annual performance reviews and supports on-going performance discussions while mentoring individuals and developing team camaraderie.
- Ensure accurate monthly expense reports are submitted on time.
- Approves weekly digital time sheets and department time off requests.
- Build customer relationships and promote Frazer solutions by attending trade shows, events, customer dinners, and regularly scheduled customer and prospect visits.
- Responsible for identifying, reviewing, and executing multi-year co-op purchasing contracts.
- Responsible for maintaining business licenses in applicable states we conduct business.
- When needed, attend customer/ prospect meetings, lunches and dinners and other sales related activities.
- May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in Sales Management or Revenue Operations Management.
- Minimum three years experience in a leadership role leading teams of 5 or more.
- Effective use of Google suite, or similar (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Ideal candidate will be very proficient with spreadsheets.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and an observed drug test.
- Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.
- Reliable form of transportation and vehicle insurance.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous proven track and experience selling to municipal governments
- Fire/EMS background.
- Familiarity with sales & marketing strategies “They ask, you Answer” and “Challenger Sale”
- Excellent spreadsheet, query, analytics, and reporting skills

Of course, we didn't forget salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $110,000 - $130,000 annually with bonus potential, depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
The Sales Manager will work Monday to Thursday 7:00AM - 4:30PM and Friday 7:00AM - 11:00AM. Frazer currently runs two shifts, Monday through Friday with overtime on weekend work as needed. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
