Position Overview
We are seeking a talented architectural drafter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for residential design, technical precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an architectural drafter at Frazier Home Design, you will play an integral role in producing high-quality construction documents, 3D renderings, and refining designs through redline markups.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop precise construction documents with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with project managers to refine and resolve design challenges.
- Create compelling 3D renderings to support client presentations.
- Apply redline markups and revisions efficiently.
- Maintain organization and workflow to meet project deadlines.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong passion for residential design and architectural detailing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in drafting software (BIM experience preferred; ArchiCAD is a plus).
- Experience with Twinmotion is a plus, but not required.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
