Frazier Home Design is seeking a motivated Residential Drafter to join our team of creative professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hardworking individual eager to grow their skills in high-end residential design. As a Residential Drafter, you will collaborate closely with project managers to produce precise construction documents, create compelling 3D renderings, and refine plans through detailed markups. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop within a nationally recognized luxury design firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with project managers to note and detail plans
- Create 3D renderings for presentations
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve design issues
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Perform redline markups and revisions as necessary
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
