Position OverviewFrazier Home Design is seeking a motivated Residential Drafter to join our team of creative professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hardworking individual eager to grow their skills in high-end residential design. As a Residential Drafter, you will collaborate closely with project managers to produce precise construction documents, create compelling 3D renderings, and refine plans through detailed markups. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop within a nationally recognized luxury design firm.
Key Responsibilities : Work closely with project managers to note and detail plansCreate 3D renderings for presentationsCollaborate with project managers to identify and resolve design issuesPrepare construction documents and specificationsPerform redline markups and revisions as necessaryMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers.Proficiency in drafting software (BIM experience preferred; familiarity with ArchiCAD is a plus). Experience with Twinmotion is a plus, but not required.A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and a passion for residential design.A proactive and motivated mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
