We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Frazier Industrial Company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and estimation, with the ability to develop and prepare cost estimates for labor, material, goods and services. They will also be responsible for coordinating Frazier resources for responding to customer service issues, as well as maintaining project and proposal records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare cost estimates for labor, material, goods and services
- Coordinate Frazier resources for responding to customer service issues
- Maintain project and proposal records
- Field troubleshooting of customer service issues
- May call on municipal or private industry representatives
Deliverables:
- Ongoing sales support and proposal development that meet or exceed external and internal customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a multi-faceted organization
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and team development ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from a four-year college or university
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking ability
- Effective management skills
