Vice-President of Sales
The Vice-President of Sales will be responsible for all territorial sales of the Frazier USA Standard Products Group and will assume responsibility for additional areas of Frazier's sales force as specified by the President, excluding high rise sales and Canadian sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the Company's sales revenue and margin within assigned areas of sales force.
- Develop plans and strategies to develop business and achieve the Company's sales goals.
- Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Define and oversee incentive programs to motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Define, manage, and coordinate sales training programs to enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, develop, and manage sales staff.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and records.
- Establish infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
- Develop, support, and maintain adequate and accurate sales records and reporting systems.
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership and other Company functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
- Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.
Requirements:
- 10 years of sales experience within the material handling industry with a focus on structural racking or storage solutions.
